Visiting the Monterey Zoo is an exciting adventure, but there are many choices and undoubtedly, you might have a question or two! We love sharing our animals with the world and are committed to helping you have the best experience possible. Daily Hours
Monterey Zoo is open 10am – 3pm 7 days a week – including most holidays except: We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Private group visits are also available with reservations. Discounts are available for large groups visiting for a minimal/specific time and are on a first come, first serve basis.
Reservations can be made by calling 800-228-7382. Daily tickets are also available in our Zoo Giftshop - no reservations needed.

$27.50 for children ages 2-14 (children under the age of 2 are free-$8 stroller fee)
