Our annual ZOO GALA is typically held in late September, a VERY unique and exciting theme-party that includes a formal dinner, fine wine, spirits, live music & dancing, live and silent auctions and best of all, ANIMALS! Below are just some of the many theme’s we’ve enjoyed over the years.

Our guests go ALL OUT when attending our theme-galas. The decor and attire is typically unmatched at any other event! 2019 was no exception.

This event has become so popular, it sells out to 300 lucky individuals very quickly. Always a special theme and décor, this event shares time and space with many of the “Wild Things” that call Monterey Zoo their home. Proceeds from this event support our elephant program for another year while helping forward the progress of our zoo project. Many have made this event a tradition in their lives and we hope you’ll do the same. Stay tuned for announcements!
